Development Bank of Jamaica

DBJ has implemented this programme, at an approximate cost of $5 million, in 23 high schools that have ongoing agricultural programmes at the CXC level. The funds are used to acquire chicken pickers, bio-digestors and greenhouses, among other things.

The programme aims to make agriculture more attractive as a career choice to students.
