Jamaica Citrus Growers Limited (In Receivership) (JCGL) is a subsidiary of Citrus Growers Association Limited (“CGA”) which holds 96% of the issued shares in the company. JCGL has been engaged in processing, packaging and marketing
citrus products since 1951 and commenced production of chilled beverages in 1962, which is sold under the “Juciful” label. The Juciful trademark is owned by CGA.

The Company also processes, packs and distributes milk and flavoured milk products under the Dairy Farmers brand.  JCGL is supplied with fruit for processing through CGA’s 45-branch network, in addition to individual citrus farmers.

The fruit is processed into frozen concentrate citrus juices that are sold mainly on the local market and is also used by the company in the manufacturing of its own chilled beverages. The company enjoys relatively inexpensive water, a major
input, from a nearby spring based on rights attached to the title of its premises.

The Information Memorandum for the sale of assets is being distributed by the Receiver indicated below with offers to be submitted
to the Receiver by 27 January 2012, 5:00 PM EST.
