1. Mavis Bank Coffee Factory Limited

The Development Bank of Jamaica, on behalf of the Government of Jamaica, has finalised negotiations with Jamaica Producers Group Limited and Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Limited for the sale of the assets of the Mavis Bank
Coffee Factory Limited (MBCF).

The agreement for the sale of the assets of MBCF was signed on October 14, 2011, and will see the transfer of assets which include real estate, fixed assets, contracts, books of business, trademarks, and goodwill, as well as the assumption of certain of MBCF’s liabilities.
